Skyrotek Construction Pvt. Ltd. is proud to have been part of the prestigious Intellion Edge project by Tata Realty Ltd., located in Gurgaon which is designed by the DPA. The project required a façade that delivered both visual appeal and effective insulation—and our team successfully achieved it.
For this development, we executed an advanced EIFS system with 50 mm thick EPS boards, installed to achieve maximum energy savings and long-term durability. By incorporating V-Groove detailing, we delivered a façade with a sharp, uniform 1.4 m x 1.4 m grid—combining design clarity with modern elegance. The precision in this grid work not only enhanced the architectural rhythm but also gave the structure a refined, contemporary identity.
One of the project highlights was the integration of C-Grooves designed for LED lighting. This subtle yet striking detail allowed the building to transform after sunset, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow that added to the overall visual impact.
With a scale of 3 basements + ground + mezzanine + 14 upper floors, covering a total façade area of 10,000 sqm, this was a project that required both technical expertise and careful execution. Our team ensured seamless coordination with the architects and the client, delivering quality within the committed timelines.
The final outcome was a façade that blends energy efficiency, durability, and architectural elegance—a true reflection of what Skyrotek stands for.
