Skyrotek Construction Pvt. Ltd. collaborated with UA Design and K R Associates (Kaavyaratna Group) on a landmark project in Sargasan, Gandhinagar. The focus was on creating bold and eye-catching architectural details that would define the overall identity of the building while keeping the structure efficient and long-lasting.
For this project, we delivered an advanced EPS rendering system for large decorative architectural elements, finished in a striking red tone as highlighted in the design. These elements were designed to be lightweight yet monolithic, offering both strength and elegance without adding unnecessary load to the building structure.
One of the key advantages of using EPS rendering in this project was its role as a practical alternative to traditional GRC systems. Unlike GRC, which is heavy and more difficult to handle, EPS allowed for faster installation, easier customization, and a seamless finish—without compromising durability or aesthetics.
With a total façade area of 13,000 sq. ft., the project demanded precision and careful coordination. Our team ensured the decorative features not only enhanced the building’s visual appeal but also supported long-term performance.
The end result is a façade that stands out with its modern design, lightweight construction, and efficiency, reflecting Skyrotek’s expertise in delivering EPS rendering solutions for large-scale projects in India.
