Intellion Park IT City Phase1A

Skyrotek Construction Pvt. Ltd. was proud to be part of the Intellion Park project by Tata Realty Ltd. in Gurgaon, designed by Morphogenesis Architects. This project focused on creating a modern and striking façade, and our team delivered solutions that balanced design with durability.
We worked on tall architectural pillars measuring 350 mm x 450 mm and 60 meters high, finished with our EPS rendering system. These pillars were not just structural—they gave the building its bold and elegant look while also adding insulation and weather protection.
Between these pillars, we installed a CNC cut jali cladding system, which introduced intricate detailing and allowed natural light to filter through. This design added depth, character, and functionality to the overall façade.
With 3 basements, a ground floor, mezzanine, and 14 upper floors, covering a total façade area of 7,640 sqm, the project required precise planning and execution. Our team ensured that the work was completed with accuracy, meeting both architectural and client expectations.
The result is a façade that reflects strength, modern design, and energy efficiency, showcasing Skyrotek’s expertise in EPS rendering and CNC jali systems for large-scale projects.
